RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Customers must notify Biohacking Health in writing within 7 days of receiving the product 

Due to safety and regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.

Unopened products in original packaging with all documentation may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in resaleable condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Biohacking Health may, at its discretion, reimburse return shipping on a case-by-case basis.

Allow 14 - 30 days for inspection and processing of your refund.

If a product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange replacement or refund through our supplier.

For all returns, please contact info@biohackinghealth.co.za with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds are processed within 5 - 10 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items.
