DELIVERY POLICY

National Deliveries BioHackingHealth delivers to most locations within the Republic of South Africa, including homes and offices.

Delivery Service We use a trusted, established courier service to ensure your order arrives on time and in good condition. Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email or SMS with tracking details. For delivery queries, contact info@biohackinghealth.co.za or WhatsApp us on +27 68 432 7726.

Please note that couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or post offices. Please provide the following at checkout: full contact name and number, item purchased, street address including complex name and unit number if applicable, city or town, and postal code.

BioHackingHealth cannot refund products that were not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery Timelines and Rates Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days — R200 delivery fee.

Orders close at 4pm and ship the next business day. No weekend or public holiday processing.

Remote Areas Deliveries to remote areas, farms, plots, mines, power stations, embassies, or government departments may carry additional surcharges. The customer will be contacted before any additional charges are processed. If the customer declines, the order will be cancelled and refunded via EFT.
